How can I pay for my order?
You can pay for your orders via credit or debit cards. We also accept UPI and bank transfers.

How soon do I get to wear my favourite jewellery?
Generally, we ship your order within 4 working days of you placing the order. If the jewellery is not in stock, it will be shipped between 25-30 days. If you have any difficulty tracking the shipment, you can always contact us at info@varqjewels.com and someone from the team will get in touch with you.

Can I cancel an order once placed?
Each Varq Jewels piece is hand-crafted with utmost detailing. Since it takes us a lot of effort and love to make your jewelry, once you’ve placed the order, sadly you cannot cancel it.

Do you ship internationally?
Our goal is to provide every woman around the globe with the finest quality of accessories. We ship our orders to almost all the corners of the world.

What about the tax and duties on my international order?
Some countries levy import taxes, customs fees and/or other duties when goods are imported in. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. The customer is responsible with ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. VARQ Jewels does not have any responsibility on these additional charges that may apply.

Can I change the shipping address after my order has been placed?
You can contact our support to change the address within 48 hrs of placing the order before it gets dispatched. But once the order is dispatched, we cannot change the address of the shipment.
